Huawei inaugurated the NOC (Network Operations Center) in Madrid, Spain for telecom network operation and management, according to a July 4, 2011 press release by Huawei. Huawei's NOC in Madrid is expected to target at operators in Spain and Western Europe. It is reported that Huawei's NOC will provide network operation services, such as front office operation, back office operation, and operation and support management.
